The Mayfield logo is an owl. We're very proud of him.

He was created by a designer called Phoebe who used to be a pupil at Mayfield. The children at school chose his name, Darwin. Darwin means 'dear friend' and this captures the essence of our friendly and caring school.

You'll find him all around school and on our website where he can be seen doing lots of our favourite things; reading, exploring the world, painting, cooking, playing sport and more.
