Playtime at Mayfield 

While we work hard in class we also have lots of fun at playtime!  There is always something to do and someone to play with.

Since moving into our new building we have so much more space.  For Key Stage 2 we have a brilliant outdoor gym, a Smooga (an enclosed football area), an outdoor performance zone,  table tennis and lots of outdoor games and equipment - anything from stilts to colouring.

For our younger pupils we have a clamber stack and other outdoor balancing and climbing equipment, a scooter track (and scooters), 3-way hopscotch, a giant 12 x 12 times table, a Reading Cottage and so much more!

Pupil playleaders and reading buddies are always available to help things go smoothly.
